Does Your Worth Rise and Fall With Your Last Win (or loss)?

You have learned throughout your career that projecting confidence is important, but inside you feel like you have a scoreboard that never stops.  You feel like you are one mistake, one lost client, or one critique of your work away from feeling like a fraud.  Imposter syndrome starts to rear its ugly head.

Underneath the surface confidence many leaders project lies a quieter fear: their worth is entirely tied to performance and outcomes.  That belief creates real emotional volatility to the point where mistakes start feeling like personal failures rather than just mistakes. Underneath it all runs a constant and exhausting need to keep proving yourself rather than simply being yourself.

This pattern is common because it works...for a while.  It drives real achievement, but a sense of worth that depends entirely on the next result is never actually stable, no matter how many results you produce. It just means the anxiety comes back the moment you stop doing.

Live & Lead by Design helps leaders separate identity from output by rebuilding a sense of worth that doesn't rise and fall with how much you produce or achieve. Through guided reflections and an open and honest cohort, leaders begin to rediscover the value they had before they achieved anything in the professional world.

You don't have to keep earning a worth you already have. That shift alone can change how you lead, for the better.  You are human, and you make mistakes.  We all do.  But your value is secure, and when you realize that, you become a better leader.
