Live & Lead by Design is a 24-month cohort-based leadership development program built around 16 workshops, practical leadership tools, guided reflection, and ongoing cohort connection.

Participants develop the principles, strategies, and emotional and relational capacity needed to lead with greater clarity, courage, and consistency.

Why Live & Lead by Design was created.

After decades in business and leadership, Curtis Rippee began noticing the same patterns affecting high-capacity leaders again and again — unclear priorities, reactive decision-making, difficult conversations, team dynamics, pressure, and the quiet cost of carrying leadership alone.

Over time, those observations became a conviction: leaders need more than information, inspiration, or another set of tactics. They need a structured environment where leadership principles can be practiced honestly and applied in real life.
